About:: In pain, tight or inflamed?

Targeting tight muscles, knots & restricted joints
Working WITH your body & within your level of comfort
Using deep tissue myofascial-releasing massage, dynamic cupping & fascial stretches.
To relieve pain & tension, decrease knot (trigger points) sizing & referring patterns, & to free up movement limitations
Holistic Sports 30min - R400: Recommended for follow up sessions or 13yrs & younger.
Area targeted (ie. neck & shoulder pain & restriction; headaches, tight jaw etc.)
Holistic Sports 45min - R500: Recommended for follow up sessions or mild area specific issues
Holistic Sports 1hr - R600: Recommended for new clients or follow up sessions
Holistic Sports 1.5hrs - R800: Ideal for new clients (initial consults.)
Including body mechanics assessment, muscle testing & neuromuscular re-education stretches
Holistic Sports 2hrs - R1,050: For global/inflammed chronic areas of issue (needing compensatory unwinding)

Lymph 45min - R400: Recommended for follow up sessions or auto-immune involvement (requiring shorter but more frequent sessions)
Lymph 60min - R500: Recommended for new clients (initial consults.)
Lymph 90min - R650: For global/inflammed chronic areas of issue or maintenance treatment
Decongesting Facial Massage 60min - R550: Guasha Cleanse & Release

Head, neck & shoulder drainage massage using guasha, cups & acupoint release to decongest your skin & release tense muscles
